2. Age Verification: this includes estimated or confirmed age from Age Check. It may include your Australian passport or other verification document such as a driver’s licence.

Device and Digital Information: we collect some information from you when you use the Commentator Services, such as your country or region (or general non-precise location), IP address, and information about the electronic devices you use to access our platforms and how you use them, including details relating to your devices, their operating systems, browsers, other installed applications and settings.
4. Interaction Information: this refers to whenever you interact with us, such as when you email us, make an enquiry or complain, or provide feedback.\
5. Behaviour Information: this includes information that we generate about how you use our products and services. We use this information to better understand how our customers use the Commentator Services.
6. Payment and Purchase data. when you sign up for some of the Commentator Services, we will need to process your payment data. This will include information such as your personal details, payment method, your debit or credit card information, mobile phone number and postal code.
7. Sensitive Information: in certain circumstances, Commentator will collect sensitive information. These may include race or ethnicity, health information (for example where a complaint is made on the basis of race, ethnicity or health.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. However, we encourage you to take steps of protecting your user account as well such as using a strong password which you never share with anyone and limiting access to your account or devices.
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as we need it.
Some data will be retained until deleted by you, such as profile pictures.
